We may not always be available to answer the phone, please leave a message with your name, number, and which service you need.  We will return your phone call as soon as we can.  (Please note that messages not containing this information will not be returned!)

Live outside the Moscow ID or Pullman, WA area?  Please contact us and we will be able to make arrangements to get you our excellent service! We can create a custom mail in service just for you!

For large or specialized commercial, corporate, educational or government jobs outside of our area, please contact us to schedule a meeting to discuss details.  Virtual or Physical meets are accepted.  Please note that depending on the nature of the job, we may require additional information before we can properly ascertain whether or not it is a conflict of interest with our other large clients.

If you have a multiple device inquiry, or want to set up forwarded services from your own company, please contact us to make arrangements. We will refuse any and all packages that come from other repair companies or devices that are sent in without previous communications and arrangements.
